The Editors

Stu Woolman is the Editor-in-Chief of Constitutional Law of South Africa. Theunis Roux and Michale Bishop are the Managing Editors of the publication.


 

Editor-in-Chief

Stu Woolman, Editor-in-Chief, and the primary author, is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Pretoria.  He is the Senior Research Fellow at the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Human Rights, Public and International Law.  He holds advanced degrees in philosophy and in law from Wesleyan University, Columbia University, Columbia Law School and the University of Pretoria. 


Managing Editor

Theunis Roux, Managing Editor, is Professor of Law at the University of New South Wales. He was, formerly, the Director of the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Human Rights, Public and International Law.  He holds advanced degrees in English Literature and Law from the University of Cape Town and Cambridge University. 


Managing Editor

Michael Bishop, Managing Editor, is a junior lecturer at the University of Pretoria and a researcher at the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Human Rights, Public and International Law.  He holds degrees in law from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing advanced degrees in law and philosophy at Columbia Law School.
